About Embleema

Embleema is a U.S.-based health tech start-up on a mission to transform clinical research and precision medicine. Our enterprise SaaS platform enables researchers to collect and standardize multi-modal health data—including clinical records, patient-generated inputs, and raw genomic files—at the individual patient level. We empower pharmas, biotechs, academic research institutions, and patient advocacy groups with proprietary analytics and AI/ML tools designed for complex disease research.

We’re already trusted by 7 of the top 10 academic medical centers, including Johns Hopkins, NYU Langone, and Mayo Clinic, as well as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Department of Defense.

Now, we're looking to bring on our first sales hire to scale our impact.

Why This Role Matters

As our Founding Enterprise Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in taking Embleema from a founder-led sales model to a repeatable, scalable GTM engine. You’ll work directly with the CEO and the marketing team to convert demand into sales opportunities and closed deals—and help define the DNA of our future sales organization.

This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage company with a proven product, enterprise clients, and a clear value proposition—and help shape the next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

Develop and refine outbound strategies, sequences, and messaging to reach decision-makers at target accounts in pharma, biotech, and academic research.

  • Contact and book discovery meetings via email, phone, and social with Registry Scientific Directors, Registry Program Managers, Real-World Evidence Directors, Medical Affairs Leads, Clinical Operations Managers, and Data Science Leads

  • Respond to all inbound and marketing-generated MQLs within hours; qualify and advance them through discovery to proposal.

  • Collaborate with marketing to improve sales collateral, objection handling, and lead nurturing tactics

  • Provide structured feedback to product and leadership on market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning

  • Maintain Salesforce for accurate reporting of pipeline activity from both leads and opportunities

  • Help establish repeatable sales playbooks, forecasting methods, and CRM hygiene processes

  • Represent Embleema at industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences

About You

  • 3–7+ years of experience selling complex, high-value enterprise SaaS solutions in health tech or life sciences

  • Experience with Salesforce and prospecting tools is a must, and the ability to get creative with conducting research outside of databases from press releases, etc.

  • Has built or refined a sales process/playbook at an early-stage startup

  • Proven success generating opportunities for enterprise deals in B2B SaaS

  • Expert communicator and highly organized to document your work for accurate reporting

  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, able to navigate executive-level conversations in highly-regulated environments

  • Highly organized self-starter with a hunter mentality, able to work independently in a remote-first team

  • Strong collaborator who loves giving and receiving feedback

Bonus: Experience answering RFPs/RFIs

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + uncapped commission structure

  • 20 day paid PTO + holidays , Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.

  • Other benefits: Gynecology, fertility, and family-building care, mental health benefits, One Medical, and Teladoc.

  • A remote-first culture with EST-aligned hours

  • Significant room for growth into leadership roles as we scale

  • A mission-driven team solving meaningful healthcare challenges
